Chris Davies

Chris is a results focused leader, bringing 20 years of senior experience developing and implementing Indigenous engagement programs in line with corporate business strategy’s, and building strong relationships and key partnerships to assist with Indigenous & social inclusion outcomes.

Chris has proven success in leading effective and sustainable Indigenous employment programs, as well as establishing strong working relationships with Indigenous businesses to mentor them into Wilsons supply chains. Since commencing in his role at Wilson Group, Chris assumed responsibility for the development and implementation of their second Innovate level Reconciliation Action Plan which included an employment and procurement strategy. 

During this time Wilson's Indigenous employment has increased from 0.7% to 3.05% with a retention increase to 68%. The group's Indigenous procurement also increased from 0.5% to 3% during the same period. He has been instrumental in furthering other commitments and deliverables through the company's Reconciliation Action Plan.
